As a Skin Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional skincare services and advice to clients. Your expertise in skin health and beauty will help clients achieve their desired results while ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for assessing skin conditions, recommending appropriate treatments, and selling retail medical grade skincare. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough skin assessments to determine client needs and recommend suitable treatments. Provide skincare consultations, educating clients on products and techniques to enhance their skin health. Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and other specialised services. Apply makeup professionally for clients, ensuring a flawless finish that meets their preferences. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and makeup application techniques.

Skills

Experience working within the aesthetics or beauty field, particularly in performing skin treatments. Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for clients. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to assess skin types and conditions accurately, providing tailored advice for treatments. A passion for skincare and beauty trends, with a commitment to continuous learning in the field.

Pay: 14.00-18.00 per hour
