Skin Therapist/Clinic Manager Role

We are looking for a passionate all-rounder willing to grow the business.

A multi-skilled individual, who is trained in performing advanced skin treatments and who has the ability to handle the day-to-day operational tasks of running a clinic.

Responsibilities for the role will be to perform a wide range of quality facial and body treatments for clients.

- Demonstrate excellent customer service from taking a booking until checking a client out after treatment.

- Conduct skin analysis (face and body). Maximise sales opportunities in retail, re-booking clients and cross-selling for further additional treatments.

- Create customer treatment plans. Provide advice on skincare and skin nutrition products based on each client's skin needs.

- Maintain stock levels of retail products and consumables.

- Ensure that standards of cleanliness and sterilisation are maintained.

- Ensure displays are exceptionally tidy and presentable.

- Admin work is required in all aspects of the business from managing reception, keeping up to date on client records, contacting clients, and preparing offers, events and displays.

- Working on ideas, marketing strategies in developing the business further.

- Managing staff, rotas, hours, appraisals, staff targets, staff training and growth and development of the staff and business.

Other responsibilities may include:

- Working on website edits, and managing social media posts.

- Increasing exposure.

- Planning and initiating marketing ideas to create exposure such as leaflet drops, collaborations etc.

Please note the above list is not exhaustive but gives an overall idea of what's involved. There will be tasks involved in all aspects of running a smooth business and building the business and its brand.

Therapists will be offered advanced training with the exceptional brands we work with. This increases their knowledge, skills and expertise.

Experience in the beauty industry will be required. Candidates must be trained up to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent or above. Available to work evenings (up until 8 pm) and on weekends. Past training in any of the following will be highly desirable: Environ, Advanced Nutrition, Mesoestetics, Hydrafacial, Obagi, Dermalogica, Sterex Advanced hair and lesion removal and Laser hair removal.

The candidate will need to be self-motivated, hard-working, enthusiastic and innovative to suit this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-30,000.00 per year
