Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role (Monday to Friday 9pm to 6pm) for a Skincare Counter Assistant in our pharmacy on Wigmore Street in Central London. The Skincare Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice on skincare products and developing customized treatment plans for clients. The Skincare Consultant will also be responsible for maintaining the skincare counter, providing assistance throughout the shop as required and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Retail experience minimum 1 year Beautician Level 2 or above preferred Specific interest and passion for luxury skincare Product knowledge in skincare and cosmeceuticals with knowledge of different skin types and treatments Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships Works with the team to ensure a 'customer first' experience Exceptional customer service skills and confidence in one to one skincare consultations Ability to deliver a 'customer first' experience Ability to understand store targets Ability to adapt and embrace change Flexibility to meet fast changing priorities

Pay: From 13.15 per hour
