Job Description

We are looking for an experienced specialist in cosmetics to join our growing team. The Skincare Consultant will be responsible for providing an inclusive and customer-centric experience for all customers as well as advising customers on the use of our skincare and haircare products. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the beauty industry, will respond promptly to customers, and will be able to multitask effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences. Recommending products that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and explaining how the products work. Responding to customer questions and complaints. Making sales, processing returns, and maintaining a balanced cash register. Planning and taking part in store promotional events. Designing and maintaining attractive displays and managing inventory. Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and emails. Regular recorded stock takes. Understand the health and safety requirements for the work environment. Be able to communicate effectively with clients via telephone or in person to determine their needs and expectations. Proactive with introducing new trending products to our store.
Beauty Advisor Requirements:

Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics. A passion for the beauty industry. Experience in sales, retail, or related field may be preferred. Excellent customer service and sales abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and problem solving skills. A friendly personality and professional appearance. Basic maths and MicroSoft Excel skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 10.50-12.50 per hour
