This exciting opportunity will have you working alongside some of the industry's most respected experts and medically trained practitioners, including dermatologists, pharmacists, therapists and doctors.

To start your journey with us, you will need to have a strong background in luxury cosmetic sales. Although full training will be provided on all our brands, we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with previous experience in advanced skin care. As a skincare specialist you should have impeccable attention to detail as well as a keen interest in the beauty or aesthetic industries. You will be responsible for providing treatments, responding to email and telephone enquiries, retailing products and facilitating a seamless customer journey.

We aim to achieve an exceptional level of client satisfaction by managing client expectations and ensuring their outcomes are as described. This is achieved through only offering high quality treatments and cosmetic procedures, delivered through skilled, knowledgeable and competent staff whom we believe are among the most expert in their field.

You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to develop and retain a high end clientele, by providing excellent service and maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

Required skills and experience:

Experience in advanced skin treatments are an advantage Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience and interest in meeting sales targets, both treatment and product related Ability to operate efficiently in a busy environment Well presented A team player with an excellent attitude towards their work Experience working in luxury department stores We offer a very lucrative commission structure on top of the basic salary.

What you will be doing:

Call handling; following up on queries, and guiding patients through their niche journey plans Diary managing, coordinating appointments and checking their progress Taking payments/advanced payments over the phone and online Handling a variety of spreadsheets with sensitive data Scheduling calls; learning about our services for sales purposes Filing and updating private and confidential data Promoting our services to new patients and answering service-specific questions General administrative duties Communicating with directors and other organisations with the highest professionalism Supporting patients through difficulties and finding solutions at every level of contact Clinic cleanliness throughout the waiting areas; promoting a sense of calm and tranquillity
