In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare consultations and treatments to our clients, ensuring they receive personalised care tailored to their individual needs. Your expertise in skincare products and techniques will help clients achieve their desired results, while your strong customer service skills will enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to determine clients' skincare needs. Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments based on individual skin types and concerns. Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, microneedling and chemical peels. Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage for optimal results. Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

Proficient in English with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients. NVQ Level 3 in Skin / Beauty (or equivalent) is essential. Previous experience in skincare or beauty therapy is essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Knowledge of skin health and anatomy and physio is preferrable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A passion for skincare and helping others achieve their skin goals.
