We are seeking a passionate ,knowledgeable and dedicated Skincare Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare consultations and services to clients, helping them achieve their skincare goals. You will utilise your expertise in skincare products and techniques to educate clients on proper skincare routines while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough skin analyses to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Provide professional services, including facials, and massage Educate clients on skincare regimens, product usage, and the benefits of various treatments. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised and stored correctly. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills. Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques to provide informed recommendations. Assist in promoting skincare products and services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Knowledge of makeup application techniques is advantageous. A passion for skincare and a desire to help others achieve their beauty goals. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant qualifications or certifications in skincare or beauty therapy are preferred but not essential. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
