Salary:
23,640 - 28,000 per annum

Full time, 37 hours per week, including regular evening and weekend work

The Role
The Slalom Pathway Coach will be part of the England Slalom Talent Programme. Our programme purpose is to support talented athletes, coaches and clubs to be the best they can be, to support success in paddling, and ultimately leave all those who pass through the programme as better, more rounded individuals.

The Slalom Pathway Coach will play a crucial role in developing a competitive pipeline of junior athletes across all classes within Canoe Slalom, by supporting the Slalom School Programme to deliver an inclusive, camp-based development program.
The role will also be instrumental in fostering a sustainable Canoe Slalom pathway at Holme Pierrepont Canoe Club (HPPCC) as a key stakeholder. The role will recruit and nurture a consistent influx of children and young talent, from the local community into the club.
