We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various operational tasks across our site. Responsibilities
Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
Supporting tradespeople and other team members with day-to-day tasks
Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Assisting with site preparation, including setting up scaffolding or barriers as required
Moving materials around the site using appropriate tools and manual handling techniques
Following health and safety protocols at all times to minimise risks
Performing general labouring duties as directed by supervisors or project managers
Experience
Previous experience in Roofing labouring or construction environment is advantageos
Good physical fitness and stamina to undertake manual tasks throughout the working day
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
Basic understanding of health and safety practices on-site is desirable
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
