Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Slinger to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on-site. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
Safely transport materials and equipment to various locations on the construction site. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Follow instructions from site managers and contribute to overall project goals.
Experience
Previous experience is essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required for effective collaboration with team members. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
