Small Group Fitness Coach (Career Progression Opportunity)

We are looking for an energetic, people-focused fitness coach to join our coaching team. This is a unique role that combines the benefits of working within a large commercial gym environment, while also gaining guaranteed paid coaching hours with an established small group coaching business.

This role is perfect for a newly qualified PT or Level 3 Trainer who wants real experience coaching clients, developing their skills, and building a stable coaching career without the pressure of immediately hustling for clients.

What the Role Involves

This role has two parts:

2. Cohesion Fitness Coaching Team (10 hours/week) increasing to 15-20 hours once trained

Guaranteed

800 per month

for delivering small-group training sessions. You'll coach clients through structured programmes focused on strength, confidence and long-term progress. Additional opportunities for PT referrals and client work as you develop.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Holds Level 2 & 3 Fitness Qualifications (or very close to completion) Loves working with everyday people, not just athletes Is confident, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping people progress Enjoys learning and wants to become greatat coaching, not just selling sessions Is reliable, positive and a good communicator
