We are currently recruiting a qualified and experienced
Level 3 Personal Trainer

About the Role:
Part-time contract
- minimum of 2 floor shifts per week (weekend availability required)

We're Looking For Someone Who Can:
Deliver high-energy, structured
small group training sessions
Guide members with fitness and
basic nutritional support
Offer regular check-ins and
progress tracking
Create a welcoming, community-led training environment
Represent On1Fitness professionally on the gym floor and in classes
Main Responsibilities:
Design and deliver goal-based exercise programmes
Conduct fitness assessments and inductions for new and current members
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Provide ongoing motivation, guidance, and accountability
Lead small group PT sessions aligned with On1Fitness' structured programmes
Help members adhere to their goals using tools like our Core-4 system
Encourage participation in events, step challenges, and gym initiatives
Support gym tours, enquiries and sign-ups (training provided)
Ensure the gym floor and studio areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
Requirements:
Level 3 Personal Training Qualification (REPs or CIMSPA recognised)
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a commercial gym or fitness setting
Confident in delivering both 1-to-1 and
small group coaching
Approachable, reliable, and committed to delivering a high level of service
A team player with strong communication and organisation skills
Weekend availability essential
