Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled small tools fitter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing and repairing small tools and plant items. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our equipment and delivering high-quality products to our clients.
Responsibilities
Servicing and checking equipment Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Document work completed and report any discrepancies or defects in materials or workmanship.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Fitter or in a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and assembly techniques. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. A relevant qualification in engineering or manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
