The Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Small Works Manager

to oversee smaller-scale projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing the installation and maintenance of smoke vent systems, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage small-scale AOV and smoke vent projects, including pricing, quoting, planning, scheduling, and execution. Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Monitor project budgets, materials, and resources. Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team. Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including reporting and documentation.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing small-scale construction or mechanical projects, preferably within smoke vent or ventilation systems. Strong knowledge of AOV, smoke vent systems, and relevant regulations. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on site.
