Are you ready to take the lead in delivering high-quality security installation projects? Were looking for a proactive and commercially minded Small Works Manager to join our Security Division. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of 40,000 45,000 per annum, plus commission and car allowance, with travel across Gillingham, London, and the South East.


As part of a full-time, permanent contract, you'll play a key role in managing small-scale security projects from start to finish, ensuring they're delivered safely, profitably, and to our NSI Gold standards.

What you will be doing



Managing the delivery of small installations, upgrades, and remedial works (typically 1,000-50,000 in value). Ensuring all projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards (NCP 104, NCP 109, BS EN 62676, etc.). Preparing quotations, estimating labour and materials, and overseeing project documentation. Taking ownership of the small works departments P&L performance and ensuring profit margins are met. Coordinating engineering resources and supporting site engineers with technical guidance. Conducting site visits and surveys to validate scope and workmanship. Managing multiple concurrent projects across various client sites. Supporting our reputation for technical excellence and outstanding customer service.

Were seeking a confident and experienced project manager with a strong background in security systems and small works delivery. Youll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable juggling multiple projects while maintaining high standards.




Ideal candidates will have:



Proven experience in managing small-scale security installations. Strong technical knowledge of security systems and relevant standards. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and margins. A collaborative approach to working with engineering and service teams. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East.
