Job Overview
We're looking for friendly, motivated people to join our team and help customers upgrade their
old gas and electric meters
tonew smart meters
-- completely free of charge.You'll be visiting existing customers at their homes, explaining the benefits of smart meters and booking their installation appointments. No cold selling or pressure -- just simple, clear conversations that make a difference.
What You'll Be Doing
Visit customers at their homes to arrange smart meter upgrade appointments. Clearly explain the benefits of smart meters in a friendly, professional way. Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions. Meet daily and weekly booking targets. Work independently while being part of a supportive team.
What We're Looking For
Confident and friendly personality. Excellent communication and people skills. A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Reliable and self-motivated. Experience in customer service or sales is a bonus -- but not essential (full training provided).
