About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, experienced

Smart Metering Regional Manager

to oversee and support our team of field-based meter technicians. This is a pivotal field-based position where you'll provide operational leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high standards of customer service and performance across your region.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support and guidance to field technicians Ensure all technicians operate in line with statutory and internal policies/procedures Oversee compliance with MOCOPA, MAMCOP OAMI, and Gas Safe standards Monitor field performance, identifying and addressing underperformance Conduct regular site audits to ensure safety, compliance, and quality Support the Operations Manager in achieving SLA and KPI targets Champion excellent customer service and promote a strong team culture

What We're Looking For

Fully Qualified Dual Fuel Meter Operative Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop remote teams Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Sound knowledge of health & safety practices and regulatory compliance Customer-first mindset and a proactive attitude
