We are currently seeking Smart meter technicians for water meter installations in across the Northumbrian Water region for a large Utilities company. You will be primarily responsible for the safe installation, maintenance, and removal of Smart Meters, whilst also responding to any maintenance.


You will be required to attend an induction & training prior to working live on the contract. Once live you will be required to install a range of water meters (both internal and external) being allocated a number of jobs per day, but with the opportunity and ability to request additional jobs if desired. In addition you will be expected to carry out external surveys alongside the installations.


You will need a full UK Driving Licence.


This is a fantastic opportunity offering a long term, secure engagement acting as part of the internal team of the Client.


Van, Fuel Card, Uniform, Work mobile, PPE, and non-hand tools will all be provided.
