What will your day to day look like?

Manage the renewal process (including preparing renewal letters and reports), ensuring all invitations are sent in compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurers to facilitate business growth. Handle customer enquiries professionally, offering clear and accurate guidance on insurance matters. Focus on client retention, working diligently to maximise renewal rates. Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell Radius products to existing clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Acturis policy system, ensuring all information is entered promptly and correctly.

What we expect of you:

A good understanding of commercial insurance, encompassing both motor and non-motor sectors, with a minimum of one years' relevant experience. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with particular emphasis on telephone and email correspondence. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurers, showing a high degree of professionalism in all interactions. Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills and the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously when required. Proficiency in Acturis or similar policy management systems is highly advantageous.
