Lead and manage the IT projects for automation and implementation of multiple IT tools/physical device installations at client sites, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and stakeholder alignment for a critical transformation program.
Will oversee the end-to-end execution of a high-impact Automation and transformation program involving the deployment of various IT solutions and physical devices such as IAutomate, digital lockers, IT vending machines, MyXyalytics, Workblaze tools, Moveworks, Optibot Neo, SSH, Intellizone and chatbot tools.
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with defined quality standards. Use Agile methodology and experience in MPP.
Purpose:
Solutions designing and review for desired outcome of Automated and empowered system. Also to enable 24*7 self-help to support through various modes.
Technical Oversight:
Participate in technical design discussions, review documentation, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with development teams and on-site engineers to understand technical requirements and resolve issues.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation phases, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
Proven experience in managing complex IT transformation projects.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate on-site installations.
Risk assessment and mitigation planning expertise.
Digital Locker & IT Vending Machine Deployment: Experience in managing installation and configuration of secure physical IT infrastructure at client sites.
Chatbot Integration: Familiarity with AI-driven chatbot tools, including deployment, customization, and performance monitoring.
Hybrid IT Environments: Ability to manage projects involving both software solutions and hardware installations.
Compliance & Standards: Knowledge of UK IT compliance standards, including GDPR.
