Job Description
Seal Bay Resort is part of the Cove UK family, a coastal holiday park based right on the beach in the seaside town of Selsey, on the South Coast of England.
We are a passionate, customer-centric business and our goal is to consistently deliver hospitality with excellence, as well as creating a safe, friendly and innovative environment for our guests to enjoy and employees to work in.
Main Duties
Following all cleaning schedules for the kitchen
Ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean and well maintained including using all PPE chemicals appropriately.
Reporting any maintenance issues to the Head Chef.
Complying with all Food Hygiene policies
Comply with COSHH & HACCAP training
Being flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times, if required
Experience Required:
