Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Snagger to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of our projects meet the highest standards of quality and completion. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage and supervise teams effectively, ensuring that all snagging issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to identify any defects or unfinished tasks. Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to develop snagging lists and ensure timely resolution of issues. Supervise and manage teams during the snagging process, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain accurate records of snagging activities, including documentation of issues identified and actions taken. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication regarding snagging matters. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the snagging process.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or building industry. Strong supervisory skills with a track record of effective management. Proficiency in using Primavera P6 for project management tasks is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
