On behalf of HM Land Registry, we are looking for a Snow (SAM) Software Consultant (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract based hybrid 60% in Plymouth.

We are seeking a hands-on IT Asset Management Technical Contractor with in-depth knowledge of Snow Software (Flexera) SAM solutions. This role will support and refine the current ITAM capability, provide technical expertise, and ensure best practice implementation. A key part of the role will be to enable skills transfer and handover to the internal IT Asset Management team.



As a Snow (SAM) Software Consultant, your main responsibilities will be:

Provide technical expertise in Snow SAM (Flexera) tooling and processes. Refine and improve current ITAM data quality, processes, and reporting. Work with stakeholders to embed ITAM processes into BAU operations. Deliver hands-on configuration, data cleansing, and reporting using Snow SAM. Provide knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to internal ITAM staff. Support compliance, audit readiness, and licence optimisation activities. Ensure the ITAM platform supports business and governance requirements effectively.

Essential:

Strong hands-on expertise with Snow (Flexera) Software Asset Management solutions. Practical experience in IT Asset Management operations and lifecycle management. Proven track record of improving ITAM maturity within organisations. Ability to train and mentor technical and non-technical staff. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Understanding of licensing models, compliance, and optimisation.
