The Senior PMO Analyst role is a vital position within the technology department of our financial services firm, focusing on project management, risk assessment, and ensuring effective project delivery. • Oversee and manage the execution of key projects within the technology department.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with various team members and stakeholders for project initiation and execution.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project outputs.

Do you have experience as a PMO ?Can you Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan?
A successful Snr PMO Analyst should have:

• A degree in Business, Finance, IT or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and standards.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
