Salary:

27,000 FTE (Opportunities for overtime/sleep-in shifts may be available)

Shift Pattern:



This is a full-time role of

40 hours per week

, with a balanced mix of office-based work, home working, and direct session delivery. You will be required to work from the

Carlisle office on either Tuesday or Thursday

, with the rest of your hours spread across session delivery within your caseload and home-based working.

Essential Criteria:



A degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or a related field

demonstrable experience supporting vulnerable adults Experience supporting adults and children with complex needs Competent in delivering personal care and promoting wellbeing A naturally positive, person-centred approach that inspires those around you Ability to effectively motivate and empower individuals you support Excellent communication and conflict management skills A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Case Manager (Part Delivery)

, you will take a hands-on approach in delivering and overseeing person-centred care and support packages across the North West region.

You'll manage your own caseload, lead staff teams, and work closely with service users and families. This is a varied role requiring resilience, problem-solving skills, and strong relationship building with a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



Support Provision



Deliver high-quality, person-centred support in service users' homes Support packages include a blend of direct support and management Contribute to holiday and absence cover where required Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of the people we support at all times Develop and maintain supportive, professional relationships with service users and families Co-produce individualised support plans and personal goals Schedule and manage session rotas, ensuring delivery of funded hours Be part of an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support Report regularly to the Service Manager and Registered Operations Manager on progress, concerns, and developments

Line Management



Act as line manager to assigned Support Workers Lead rota planning and manage staffing for 24/7 support packages Conduct staff supervisions, spot checks, and competency observations Provide coaching, guidance, and training to support teams Act as a positive role model, promoting professional conduct Recruit support staff in partnership with our internal recruitment team Ensure teams are trained in individuals' needs and support protocols
