Overview:
London Borough of Harrow has a fantastic opportunity to join the Social Care ICT Systems Service as a Childrens Business Systems Analyst in the Mosaic Team.
The Childrens Business Analyst is responsible for the governance and management of the change process and provides expert Mosaic advice and training on Childrens business processes to senior managers, social work staff and other key stakeholders.

Experience or suitable knowledge and understanding of the role of working as a Childrens Business Systems Analyst. The post holder will undertake full life-cycle bespoke development and system integration projects within Childrens Services.
You will be able to configure and develop workflow, electronic forms and reference data within Mosaic, our Social Care Case Management system.
Ability to take a proactive leading role collaborating with key stakeholders to identify/respond to business problems and improvement opportunities, define business needs and system requirements and deliver solutions that will enable business improvement and transformation.
Undertake business process mapping and renewal assisting with the interpretation of business processes and mapping these onto the ICT systems.
Administration of Directorate ICT change control procedures.
About you:
The successful candidate will have:A working knowledge of Social Care IT systems such as the Mosaic Solution and/or the ability to rapidly assimilate new systems.
Excellent Knowledge and experience of Childrens Social Care processes and procedures, including an understanding of associated legislation.
Expertise in developing and managing business processes and translating these into IT systems design
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, focussing on customer care, quality and value.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, appropriate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of and commitment to Equal Opportunities, understanding and commitment to council policies and their application to employment and service delivery.
Educated to degree level or equivalent or has the equivalent relevant work experience.
