What You'll Be Doing: As a Care and Support Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission--leading, inspiring, and delivering excellence in care. You'll:

Champion a team that provides compassionate, person-centred support Manage care plans, rotas, and ensure smooth service delivery--even during holidays Lead recruitment, induction, and training with energy and purpose Empower individuals to live independently and make informed choices Build trusted relationships with supported people, families, and professionals Keep records and reports accurate, up-to-date, and compliant Bring creativity and proactive thinking to every challenge Step in with hands-on support when needed--because you care

What We're Looking For:

SVQ Level 4 (or willingness to work towards it) Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car Experience leading or supervising in care/support settings Confident IT skills and care planning knowledge Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership A commitment to dignity, respect, and independence
