Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Nurse Trainer to join our team. Duties

Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Assess the training needs of nursing personnel and tailor programmes accordingly. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance assessments. Stay updated with the latest developments in nursing practices Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure alignment with organisational goals and standards.

Experience

Proven experience in a nursing role, with a strong emphasis on patient care. In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Previous experience in a training or educational capacity is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage learners effectively. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all training materials are accurate and up-to-date.
