The Social Care Connect Team are looking for 2 Full Time Social Care Officers to join our busy team. We work with individuals aged eighteen plus, this means that our work is varied and changeable and cover individuals with a variety of different needs.
The right candidates will be someone who is passionate about people, has a strengths based and person centred approach. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and will take calls from members of the public and professional, giving basic advice and information, signposting to other agencies and triaging information for our duty team. You will need to demonstrate an ability to problem solve and good negotiation skills, along with effective communication, organisational and IT skills.
