Social Care Performance Data Coordinator Job description
About the role:
This role will support the improvement and quality of performance data within Social Services. The role will be responsible for the testing and quality assurance of current and new performance reports available to Social Services. The postholder will provide thorough feedback to the Business Intelligence Team and work with them to ensure reports are effective for Social Services staff. The role will work across both Adults and Children's Services and the postholder should be experienced in the
handling of data and have knowledge of Social Services processes, legislation, and guidance. The postholder should have analytical and data management skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to work under their initiative.

What you will do:
- Undertake work to improve Social Services data collection.
- Support projects to improve data availability, automation and accuracy within Social Services.

- Ensure that we are able to comply with public, regional and national data requirements and any ad-hoc requests from these partners.
- To be a point of contact for training and queries from Adult and Children's Services around the use of Power BI and other applications for the services.
- Ensure that reports created are user friendly, and that the data is provided in a visual and meaningful way.
