The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in various settings, including care homes and home care environments.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to implement individual plans of care, and a commitment to enhancing the well-being of those in your care.

Duties



implement individualised care plans tailored to the needs of each client. Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect at all times. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition or needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care provided. Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Experience



Previous experience in a social care role is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates who are eager to learn. Familiarity with home care practices and working within a care home setting is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members. A valid driving licence is preferred

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
