In the Team Manager - Children, Families & Safeguarding role, you will be:
- Assisting the Section Manager in overseeing the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team
- Providing effective leadership, supervision and performance management to ensure high-quality casework and service delivery
- Driving cases to meet children's needs within statutory timescales and ensuring robust protection and support mechanisms are in place
- Working closely with multi-agency partners to deliver an effective 'front door' safeguarding service for children and adults
- Monitoring, collating and evaluating performance data to support service planning and statutory reporting
- Social Work qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
- Registration with Social Care Wales
- Proven experience in Child Protection and Section 47 procedures
- Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident use of technology and case management systems
You'll be starting on an hourly rate of 32.64 per hour, and you'll be based from offices in Colwyn Bay, but commuting throughout Conwy.
