Social Care Worker
Job Description
We are looking for staff to join our team in our Residential home for 8 people with Learning Disabilities. We have been supporting residents for almost 40 years and pride ourselves on what we do. We support our residents, some of whom have been here since the beginning, to live and full and happy life, making sure all aspects of their health and well being needs are met.
You will be required to carry out all aspects of personal care, supporting the residents in their daily activities both around the home and going out into the community. You will also be required to support residents to maintain their independence and support daily living skills.
We are a lively home where the residents enjoy their home and all sorts of activities. We can find any excuse for a party and support our residents to enjoy everything they do.
Our home feels like home and we invite you to become a part of out family.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
