Job Description
Outreach is social care provider with over 25 years experience in caring for people in their own homes.
We are looking for honest and caring individuals to join our existing care team. This role requires you to have a full enhanced police check this is paid for by the company.
The role is community based in the Southport area you will visit clients at their home to provide personal care, meal preparation and assist with medications.
full time hours, mixture of shifts mornings and evenings, you must be
availablefor
alternate weekends. you must be a car driver with your own
transportationand a full UK driving licence to apply. We only

sponsorship.Excellent rates of pay starting at 12.50 plus 45p mileage and paid induction training . enhanced rates paid for weekends and evenings.

Qualifications
Valid driving licence and own car Strong communication skills in English Basic IT proficiency Ability to follow care plans and provide home care Willingness to learn and adapt in a home care environment No prior experience required; training will be provided
Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Implement and follow care plans tailored to individual needs. Maintain effective communication with clients and their families, providing updates and support. basic digital skills to document care provided and manage schedules Using our care App Drive to clients' homes, ensuring safe transportation and punctuality. Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for all clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour
