What you'll be doing:

As our

Social Community Specialist

, you'll be the voice behind our online Pets communities--bringing stories to life, sparking conversations and spreading joy across our social channels. You'll:

Engage with pet lovers across the UK Spot and share heartwarming, tail-wagging stories from our stores and practices Respond to comments, celebrate our top fans, and keep the community buzzing Monitor sentiment and help us stay paw-sitive online Work with our PR, content and marketing teams to amplify the love

What we're looking for:

A natural storyteller with a flair for social media Experience growing online communities and creating shareable content A proactive self-starter who's always sniffing out the next big trend Great communication skills--you're as good with people as you are with pets! Bonus points if you've worked in retail, healthcare or with a CMS

Desirable:

Understanding of wider marketing mix including creative development, media planning and campaign development Commercially minded with experience of budget control and management
