Job Description


We are looking for a Creative Content Producer to help us craft the future of sports and storytelling for world-renowned sports organisations and brands. With our talented social media teams pushing content to 400+ million sports fans on behalf of our clients daily, ideas are our currency - and we need plenty of them. Working to the Creative Content Lead, this job sits within the Content Strategy Team at Two Circles, and will play an important role across the content journey - from ideation, to briefing and direction, to project management. With clients across the worlds of football, cricket, tennis, rugby, motorsport, esports and beyond, we\xe2\x80\x99re after a creative, energetic and passionate candidate to ensure our clients\' output is setting the standards within the sports industry and beyond. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with our Client Teams to ideate, brief, direct and manage a diverse range of social-first content projects
  • Bringing creative and original thinking to our content services, ideating and developing campaigns and content to cut-through busy new feeds
  • Staying on the pulse of sports news, popular culture and current trends, and their relevance to our clients\xe2\x80\x99 output
  • Project management of content campaigns involving multiple deliverables across teams and stakeholders, ensuring we\xe2\x80\x99re collectively delivering to deadlines and our own high standards
  • Intricate up-to-date understanding of traditional and emerging social media platforms to guide colleagues and the wider business on platform-specific content
  • Bringing creative thinking to our live output around major tournaments and events
  • Developing relationships with external creators, agencies and contributors
Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 3+ years experience managing and publishing content to social channels for a rightsholder, league, team, agency, or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience producing social-first content (short and long-form)
  • An eye for sporting narratives which appeal beyond the sports bubble and how to bring them to life creatively on social media
  • In-depth and proactive understanding of the digital and social media landscape
  • Demonstrable project management within a multi-platform campaign
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Must be able to work some weekends and evenings (by nature of the sport fixtures)
