About Us

Siip Hydrate is a premium liquid electrolyte and vitamin brand helping people hydrate better and feel their best. Part of the Camden Ventures group, Siip is expanding it's online presence and reach. We're looking for a creative, social-first designer to help bring the Siip brand to life across social media, digital campaigns, and our website. Our goal is to make hydration tasty, healthy, easy and a daily part of a modern health-focused lifestyle.

The Role

You'll create engaging, on-brand content that supports Siip's growth and visual identity.

Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Manager, you'll design and edit eye-catching digital assets that feel premium, cohesive, and social-first. Ranging from short-form videos and ad creatives to graphics for social posts, emails and our website, making sure it is aligned with Siip's wellness-driven aesthetic.

This role is perfect for someone who loves combining design, storytelling, and social trends to craft content that stops the scroll.

Key Responsibilities

? Design and edit social-first assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest (posts, reels, ads, stories, and UGC-style content)

? Create cohesive, premium visuals for digital campaigns, product launches, website updates, email newsletters and wider marketing activities

? Translate our brand strategy into consistent visuals and narratives; evolve guidelines, tone of voice, typography and layouts to strengthen our brand recognition

? Develop A/B creative variations (hooks, headlines, layouts) for ads; informed by data insights and performance metrics such as CTR, CVR and overall engagement

? Stay ahead of social and design trends in wellness, lifestyle, and overall digital media

? Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Manager to align creative output with marketing goals and content calendars

? Maintain brand consistency across all visuals, typography, colour palette, and tone of voice

? Support ongoing content planning and brand development

About You

You're a creative thinker who loves turning ideas into scroll-stopping visuals. You understand how design, content, and storytelling work together to grab attention online and you thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment where creativity drives growth.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

? Proven experience in graphic design and/or content creation (freelance or in-house).

? Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), Canva, and CapCut (or similar tools).

? Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok).

? An eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

? A passion for wellness, lifestyle, or health brands (preferred but not essential).

? A portfolio or social media profile that showcases your creative work.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: 18.00-22.00 per hour
