We're looking for a creative and proactive

Social and Content Assistant

to join our team on a part-time basis (minimum 28 hours/week). If you're passionate about social media, and enjoy creating authentic, short-form content -- we'd love to hear from you!

Our business is in the Dairy category.

This is a hybrid role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives independently but enjoys collaborating with a supportive team. You'll occasionally travel to supermarkets that stock our products to capture UGC-style content (travel and time paid), and we'd like you to be able to work from our office in

What You'll Do:

Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social platforms. Reply to content requests and customer queries, escalating to the Marketing Manager for review where needed.

Monitor and support our brand community

across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reddit.

Create various social media assets, as well as UGC and trend-driven videos, in line with the Marketing Manager's campaign plan.

Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activity to inform content ideas. Track engagement, growth, and performance metrics to support regular reporting. Submit a weekly timesheet to manage workload and hours.

What We're Looking For:

0-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or community management. Strong writing, filming, and video editing skills. Competent using

CapCut

Canva

, and familiar with scheduling tools Confident filming short-form videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Passion for online communities, social trends, and authentic brand storytelling. A collaborative mindset with the ability to take direction and align with the Marketing Manager's strategic plan.
