About the Opportunity
Are you creative, social-media savvy, and ready to kickstart a career in digital content and influencer marketing?
We're looking for an enthusiastic Social Content & Influencer Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience creating, managing, and analysing engaging campaigns across multiple platforms.
You'll learn how to plan and produce content, collaborate with influencers, and grow brand visibility while working towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification.
What You'll Learn and Do
As part of your day-to-day role, you'll:
Plan, create, and schedule social media content that aligns with brand campaigns
Support influencer and brand collaboration projects
Capture and edit short-form videos, photos, and reels
Track analytics and report on post performance
Contribute new ideas for community growth and audience engagement
Training and Support
You'll be enrolled on the
Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship
, delivered byThe Michael Streete Foundation (MSFDN)
-- combining real workplace experience with structured professional training.You'll benefit from:
12-18 months of guided learning led by digital industry experts Mentorship and feedback on real campaign projects Ongoing employability and portfolio-building support
Who We're Looking For
You don't need previous experience -- just creativity, curiosity, and the motivation to learn.
Ideal candidates will:
Be confident using TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms Have an eye for storytelling and design Communicate clearly in writing and online Stay organised and proactive in a fast-moving environment
Progression
On completion, you'll be a qualified marketer ready for roles such as:
