About us:

At The Natural Dispensary, we are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our customers through natural health products. Servicing qualified healthcare professionals and their clients throughout the UK, Europe and rest of the world for over 18 years. We believe in the power of nature and are committed to creating a positive impact on our community and the environment.

We are proudly a family founded company, employing over 100 people within our local community. Currently we are undergoing our BCorp application and are dedicated to continuing to improve our company culture, how we practice and reduce our impact.

We're now entering an exciting phase of evolution: enhancing systems, strengthening relationships, and growing sustainably. Growth for us means more than revenue it's about empowering our people, elevating our service, and deepening our practitioner community.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, purposeful, and health-passionate Social & Content Marketeer to grow The Natural Dispensary's voice across digital and social platforms.

You'll lead the storytelling that connects our community- inspiring wellbeing, education, and engagement through meaningful, authentic content that reflects who we are and what we stand for.

A key part of the role is developing campaigns that celebrate the power of practitioner-led wellness -shining a light on the qualified health professionals who make natural healthcare thrive. These stories will champion our practitioner community, showcasing their knowledge, care, and the ways The Natural Dispensary supports them in bringing health and vitality to their clients.

You'll own our social media strategy, manage content creation, and collaborate across teams to ensure every post, image, and word reflects our shared values - trust, care, and connection.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop and deliver a multi-platform social strategy that builds awareness, engagement, and connection. Manage daily social activity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels. Plan and oversee content calendars that align with product launches, practitioner initiatives, and seasonal wellness themes. Monitor social performance, analyse engagement, and adapt content to strengthen results. Lead social listening and monitoring to ensure we stay connected with practitioners, partners, and wellness conversations.
Content Creation & Storytelling

Co-ordinate content across clinical, marketing, and product teams. Translate complex supplement and nutrition information into accessible, trustworthy, and engaging content. Collaborate with designers and creatives to produce visually compelling, on-brand materials. Ensure all content adheres to industry and regulatory standards.
Community Engagement & Brand Advocacy

Build meaningful connections with our community- practitioners, suppliers, and wellness advocates. Respond with care and authenticity to comments and messages, nurturing trust and engagement. Highlight practitioner and supplier stories and champion shared success within the natural wellness space. Identify and encourage user-generated content that reflects our values and community spirit. Stay active with our supplier partners- sharing content and supporting product launches through digital collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product, Clinical, and Growth & Experience teams to support product launches, campaigns, and educational content. Keep ahead of wellness trends, evolving social media tools, and the shifting landscape of digital community building.
