Content Uploader & Distributor (Tower Hamlets, E3)

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and creative Content Uploader & Distributor to join our team based in Tower Hamlets (E3). This role is perfect for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and confident with social media platforms. You'll be responsible for getting our content out to the right audiences quickly and consistently, helping us grow our presence and engage our community.

This role is about execution -- ensuring content is uploaded fresh, on time, and optimised for each platform.

Responsibilities

Upload and publish content directly to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook Manage a content calendar and ensure daily/weekly posts go out on time Format videos, images, and captions correctly for each platform Write engaging captions and hashtags tailored to the audience Monitor comments and interactions to maintain engagement Repurpose longer content into short clips, reels, and posts Occasionally capture behind-the-scenes content locally in Tower Hamlets
Skills & Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook Comfortable with light editing using tools like Canva or CapCut Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good written English for captions and community engagement A creative eye for how content looks and feels Must be based in or near Tower Hamlets (E3) for easy collaboration Fresh uploads only -- we do not use scheduling tools, so you'll be uploading live and directly
