We are looking for a Social Creative Lead to oversee the creative ideation process and creative output for Jungle\xe2\x80\x99s brands and all original content. The Social Creative Lead will be responsible for running the team of creatives, approving ideas and optimising creative for all platforms. You will live and breathe internet culture and audience-first content.

Reporting into the Creative Director and Director of Video, you will work closely with the Head of Social Strategy and Head of Social Production to ensure our content is social-first, creative, builds the media brands and puts us ahead of the pack.

The role is most suited to a candidate who is super creative, with a deep understanding of social media, management experience and ultimately a proven background in creating and overseeing famous social-first content who can make measured and balanced decisions about the best interests for the brands, platforms and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage the content ideation process and meet content creation targets across all brands.

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop original content ideas that work cross platform - with a focus on creator content, hygiene, and short-form.

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage the programming slate with the Creative Director and Director of Video.

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage and brief in the creatives with the social strategy and ensure all ideas hit requirements.

\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with the platform team to create ideas around platform trends.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure all ideas are social-first with the potential to go viral.

\xe2\x97\x8f Work with the Creative Director to identify key calendar moments throughout the year for the brands to create content around.

\xe2\x97\x8f Promote continual creative improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability.

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage a team of creatives and creators, having regular 121\xe2\x80\x99s with a development plan.

\xe2\x97\x8f Be constantly on the pulse to ensure the brands are reactive, relevant and rewarded in both brand equity and revenue.
