What do Social Account Directors at BWP do?



Your role is to:

Oversee your team and your clients to ensure that we deliver excellent work, that is on time, on budget and exceeds client's expectations. All without over servicing accounts or projects. Analyse, evaluate and review workstreams to push for continuous improvements and spot new opportunities for growth. Drive the strategic direction and development of your client accounts and support the team to win new ones.

What are we looking for from you?



We're only interested in speaking to people whose CVs and portfolios showcase:

8+ years relevant experience

of being the day-to-day lead on social media accounts; developing - and delivering - social media strategy; and growing client value.

Agency experience -

at least 6 years working in a social media or marketing agency.

Retail- and/or destination- marketing experience

- your CV and portfolio showcase a plethora of social campaigns for retail and leisure destinations and brands.

People management experience.

You have experience of managing direct reports; developing, upskilling and progressing your team; and ensuring they work at the top of their ability.
