We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, developing engaging content, and enhancing our brand's visibility across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management to effectively communicate our message and engage with our audience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns. Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement rates. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations. Be able to work as part of a team

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or public relations is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
