ABOUT THIS ROLE
Trafalgar Tickets is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Content Executive to execute the social media and content strategy for Trafalgar Tickets and all our ticketing assets, including venues and our agency brands.
The role will join us at a pivotal phase of transformation, involving the creation and delivery of the digital content strategy. The Social Media & Content Executive reports to our Social Media & Content Manager and will primarily work for our ticket agent brand, London Theatre Direct.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creation of written and visual content, including, but not limited to, landing pages, product detail pages, email content, SEO, newsletters, editorial, interviews, search and social advertisement copy, audio and video content
Schedule and develop organic content in line with the strategy for our London ticket agent brands, which will be across various channels, including social media and self-hosted content
Social media community management across all our platforms
Population of social media and content ideation documents
Execution of the content calendar to deliver effective and data-driven organic content to support our brands, products and producing partners
Influencer coordination to include strategy execution across TikTok and Instagram, influencer outreach and communication, attending influencer nights and reporting
Creation of reporting and insights for influencers, social media and SEO to optimise engagement and performance on content output
The creation and manipulation of digital assets, including images, video, animation and audio
Collaborating with third-party agencies/partners in the delivery of the team's objectives
Liaising with wider marketing teams to produce relevant, compelling & engaging content
Always acting in accordance with Trafalgar Entertainment's values and ethics
Any other ad-hoc duties as required
ABOUT YOU
You have excellent copywriting skills (short and long form) and written English
You have meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
You will have experience creating brilliant content across a variety of channels
Ideally, you will have experience dealing with influencers, negotiating commercials and working with them to create exciting, bespoke content
You are proficient with design and any relevant design software
You have experience in creating short-form video content for various channels
Experience working collaboratively within a team and across multiple departments
You have a fundamental understanding of managing social media channels and content optimisation strategies
Ideally, you will have a working knowledge of SEO, although this is preferred and not mandatory
