We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven
Social Media & E-Commerce Executive
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening our digital presence, growing our online sales channels, and supporting the development of new platforms such as TikTok Shop, RED (Xiaohongshu), and Temu. Your primary responsibility will be managing our social media content, online branding and website product listings, ensuring consistent messaging and an engaging customer experience across all digital touchpoints. You will work closely with the Company Director to plan content strategies, coordinate campaign activities, support marketplace expansion and build strong relationships with influencers and platform partners. This role is essential in enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement and contributing to the company's overall online growth..
Duties
Plan and manage social media strategies across Instagram, RED (Xiaohongshu) and TikTok.
Create and publish engaging content including short-form videos, product features and lifestyle posts.
Handle daily community management, responding to comments and messages.
Monitor trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
Support the development of brand presence on Temu, RED (Xiaohongshu) and TikTok Shop. Prepare product listings and platform-specific content.
Assist in promotional planning and track performance on new platforms.
Track social media insights and produce concise weekly and monthly performance reports.
Maintain product listings, pricing and descriptions on the brand website, and coordinate order processing.
Support promotional activities and content designed to increase sales among Middle Eastern and Asian tourists visiting the UK, ensuring culturally relevant engagement and communication.
Qualifications
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging, sales-driven content and innovative promotional ideas.
Proven experience in social media management or roles with a strong sales or commercial focus.
Strong understanding of how digital communication and content influence customer behaviour and drive sales.
Being able to converse in English plus either Chinese (Mandarin) or Arabic is highly desirable to support sales and engagement with Middle Eastern and Asian tourists visiting the UK
Confident engaging with customers online and supporting initiatives that increase conversions, enquiries and repeat purchases.

Pay: 33,000.00-38,000.00 per year
