Marketing Intern (Content Creator) - Black Milk Manchester

Black Milk is one of Manchester's most followed food and drink brands, and we're looking for a creative and ambitious Marketing Intern to help us grow our audience and drive sales through compelling content.

Joining us at an exciting time you will be part of a major collaboration campaign and a launch in to Tesco's.

In this role, you'll work both remotely and from our Northern Quarter cafe, crafting engaging videos, images, and text that showcase Black Milk's brand. If you're an aspiring content creator with a passion for social media, this is your chance to bring ideas to life and make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

Creating high-quality content, including video, photography, and graphic design, to engage our audience. Shooting and editing photography and video content for social media. Working closely with our Social Media Manager and Creative Director to develop and elevate our brand identity. Ensuring all assets align with our brand message and drive engagement across platforms. Spotting and capitalizing on social media trends to create content that resonates with our audience. Curating recipes and other content marketing on our website and emails

Person Specification

This role is only open to current Manchester Met students who have:

A love of food and that can create engaging content for social media, websites and print A deep understanding of social media content creation and engagement strategies. Experience producing creative content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Skills in video editing, photography, and graphic design. Familiarity with typography, color theory, and design principles. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.

Ideal course:

Marketing, Business, Photography, English Literature or any creative course.Students on all courses will be considered.
