The Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and data-driven Social Media & Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will manage our online presence, develop engaging content, and deliver marketing campaigns that grow our brand and audience.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule content for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and social media insights. Manage social media engagement--respond to comments, messages, and community queries. Working alongside the graphic designers to bring ideas to life. Support website updates, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns. Work with internal teams to promote events, products, and brand initiatives. Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.

About You

Experience in social media management and digital marketing (agency or in-house). Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Confident using social media management tools. Basic graphic design or video editing skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance. Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects. Creative thinker with a passion for social media trends and storytelling.
