Social Media Apprentice

Course: Marketing Assistant Level 3 Apprenticeship - Buy It Direct

And now, we're on the lookout for a Social Media Apprentice who's ready to bring their creativity, confidence, and scroll-stopping ideas to the team.


This is your chance to be hands-on in a buzzing marketing team, learning how to craft content, spark conversations, and collaborate with influencers. You'll be right in the middle of it all -- helping shape the brand's voice across social platforms while gaining real industry skills.

What you'll be doing:

Content & social

: Create and schedule posts, dream up captions, design TikToks/Reels, and help bring big ideas to life.

Campaign magic

: Get involved in promotions, email marketing and campaign planning that keep our community hooked.

Customer vibes

: Chat with followers, share user-generated content, and help keep our community buzzing.

Influencer collabs

: Research, reach out, and help manage influencer partnerships.

Team player energy

: Support with campaign calendars, brainstorm fresh ideas, and be the go-to for ad hoc marketing bits.

We're looking for someone who's:

Creative, bold, and full of ideas. Obsessed with socials (and knows what works where). Confident writing captions or chatting online. Super organised (because there's always a lot happening). Keen to learn, grow, and be part of a trend-setting team.

What you'll need:

GCSEs: 3 at grade 4+ (A-C), plus Maths & English at grade 3+ (D or above). A love for all things social, style, and digital culture. Hours: 37.5 per week
