Looking to start your career in Social Media? Are you a driven individual, ready to make your mark at one of the UK's fastest growing golf travel companies? If this sounds like you, our client wants you on-board! They are on the hunt for a creative and driven Social Media and Marketing Apprentice to help them continue the growth of their social game.



As a Social Media Apprentice, you'll support their Social Media Manager to:

Create & Source Content: Create and share the best golf content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Think dreamy golf courses, irresistible golf travel deals, and more. Engage With their Community: Chat with their community of avid golfers to build strong relationships with their audience. Drive Sales: Work closely with their sales team to promote their unbeatable golf holiday deals. Brainstorm Campaign Ideas: Collaborate on ideas for exciting campaigns and promotions. Keep Up with Trends: Keep an eye on social media trends to keep them fresh and ahead of the game. Content Trips: Attend content trips around the world to help create fresh content for their clients. Capture Live Content: Attend golf events, take behind-the-scenes footage, and share live updates to bring their brand to life. Marketing Their Clients: Drive bookings and enquiries for their clients through Golf Travel Centre's Social Media accounts.

What they're Looking For:

An interest in creating unique and engaging content. Familiarity with all the major social media platforms. A proactive attitude and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table. A passion for golf and an understanding of the sport's culture. The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet all deadlines set. Photography and videography skills are a bonus. A team-oriented individual who is happy to work independently as required, with a self-motivated attitude.

Entry requirements



Grade 4/C or above in GCSE Maths and English.

The primary duties we cover on our Content Creator apprenticeship are:

Plan and develop creative content aligned with the brief and budget/costs. Interpret the strategy and objectives of the brand and align these to the content. Research, prepare and develop the media messaging to maximise audience engagement. Develop and create written content for various media. Create visual and audio content for multiple media. Store content securely and methodically to enable efficient access and retrieval. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to plan and align content delivery with business objectives. Manage content online using appropriate tools and techniques. Evaluate the effectiveness of the content produced against the original plan and recommend improvements.
